Position: Line Supervisor for Midnight Production PPG
Supervise production operations at PPG as a Line Supervisor on the midnight shift. Champion safety, quality, and productivity while leading your team strategically.

As a Line Supervisor, you will oversee daily production tasks and ensure compliance with operational goals s role involves monitoring team performance, coaching for development, and upholding safety and quality standards during the busiest hours. Your expertise in TS 16949 and production management will cultivate continuous improvements in both productivity and workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production and manage workflow efficiently

• Evaluate and coach team members for enhanced performance

• Ensure compliance with all health and safety measures

• Maintain production documentation and quality records

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement in the team

Requirements:

• Demonstrated leadership in a manufacturing environment

• Knowledge of ISO, IATF 16949, or similar frameworks

• Experience with lean manufacturing practices

• Strong ability to prioritize and manage workload

• High School Diploma or equivalent; higher education is an asset
