** We are looking for a full-time
* Embroidery Operator
* at our Cambridge, Ontario Distribution Center.
***
* Position Responsibilities:

*** Operate an industrial embroidery machine to embroider designs on various materials such as hats, shirts, bags, and more.
* Know how to thread machine, change needles, and adjust machine settings to optimize embroidery quality and speed.
* Load and unload materials onto the embroidery machines.
* Ensure machines are properly threaded and functioning properly.
* Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and speed.
* Good hand and eye co-ordination, manual dexterity, and high attention to detail.
* Use and understand basic measurements
* Understand and follow security protocols, and apply safety standards, policies, and procedures, as well as operating procedures.
* Maintain a clean, orderly workspace and organize and maintain inventory of embroidery supplies.
* As well as perform other duties as assigned.
** Position Requirements:
*** Experience with customizing uniforms is an asset.
* Knowledge of basic computers is a must.
* Ability to work in a safe manner.
* Dedicated to completing the task with a high degree of quality and efficiency.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Good communication and problem-solving skills.
* Basic computer skills and ability to read and understand digital designs.
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
* Flexible schedule and ability to work overtime as needed.
* Candidates must have normal colour perception to accurately perform the duties required for this position.
