As a key player, you will oversee the performance of the production team and ensure efficient operations through effective coordination with technicians. The position requires a proactive approach to overcoming challenges and maintaining operational flow, reinforcing quality and productivity standards alongside teammates.
Key Responsibilities:
• Master production equipment for decision-making and troubleshooting
• Implement production plans while managing technician coordination
• Actively resolve bottlenecks and facilitate efficient shifts
• Collaborate on preventive maintenance tasks with the millwright
• Maintain adherence to Lean practices and WIP visibility
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of relevant manufacturing experience
• Deep understanding of production workflows and technician management
• Capable of making quick, informed decisions
• Clear communication for effective shift transitions
• Hands-on comfort standing and walking throughout shifts
