In this role, you will report to the Production Manager and be responsible for leading various projects across multiple functions. Collaborate closely with teams including Production, QA, and Supply Chain to meet project deliverables. Your project management skills will help maintain schedules and optimize production flows.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as primary Production representative for cross-functional projects
• Develop and implement action plans for project delivery
• Lead production trials and development batches efficiently
• Document progress and communicate updates to stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
Requirements:
• Engineering or Science degree required
• At least 3 years in production or related roles
• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills necessary
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
