Shred-Tech is looking for a Mechanical Assembler who will work on assembling and maintaining various industrial equipment. With 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, you will create components based on engineering drawings and adhere to both quality and safety standards.
Your role requires capabilities in machine shop practices and compliance with health and safety policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assemble shredding systems and related mechanical components
• Produce assemblies following detailed engineering drawings
• Achieve production goals while maintaining quality
• Conduct equipment maintenance at client locations
• Align with health and safety standards set by Shred-Tech
Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 12 or an equivalent
• 3 to 5 years in heavy industrial assembly or maintenance
• Familiarity with hydraulic schematics and blueprints
• Competence in tool handling and safe operation practices
• Ability to fit and assemble mechanical components
