• The candidate will be responsible for cleaning the work area.
• The candidate will be responsible for organizing and maintaining inventory.
• The candidate will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining equipment.
• The candidate will be responsible for painting small items and applying touch-ups with paint brushes.
• The candidate will be responsible for preparing and applying stencils, decals, and other decorative items to finished products.
• The candidate must select the appropriate paint or mix paints.
• The candidate will be responsible for tending or operating equipment to spray or coat.
• The candidate must answer to both written and oral inquiries.

• The candidate should be fluent in English language.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in a related industry.
• The candidate must have a First Aid Certificate, Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate, and Construction Safety Training Systems (CSTS) Certificate.
• The candidate must be able to handle weight up to 45 kg (100 lbs).
• The candidate should have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate should be reliable.
• The candidate should be a good team player.
• The candidate must have excellent time management skills.

• Products include construction materials and coatings, major appliances, plastic or rubber products, and wood products.

• The candidate must be familiar with an abrasive disc wheel, chemical techniques, etching, masking, and manually removing old coatings.

• The types of paints or coatings are catalyzed or polymerized paints and resinous, solvent drying paints.

• The application methods include airless gravity pumps and hand-held spray guns.

• The candidate must have prior work experience in the construction, marine, and aviation and aerospace industries.

• The candidate must be bondable.
• The candidate should be subjected to a thorough criminal background check, driving record check (abstract), and drug test.

• The candidate must have a valid driver’s licence.

• The candidate should have an eye for details.
• The candidate must be willing to work long hours in bending, crouching, and kneeling positions.
• The candidate must be willing to work long hours in sitting, standing, and walking positions.
• The candidate must have excellent hand eye coordination.
• The candidate should be required to handle heavy loads as part of routine work.
• The candidate must perform manual dexterity tasks.
• The candidate should be required to perform repetitive tasks on frequent basis.
