Lead mechanical manufacturing projects with Eclipse Automation in Cambridge, ON. This full-time role focuses on project coordination, technical leadership, and adherence to Eclipse quality standards.
As a Mechanical Production Project Lead, you will provide direction and support in mechanical manufacturing policies, ensuring that project goals are met on time and within budget. Collaborate with mechanical engineering and manufacturing teams to deliver high-quality designs, while guiding staff on manufacturing practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee project design approvals and quality assurance
• Guide staff on manufacturing practices and standards
• Ensure project timelines and budgets are met
• Maintain communication with various departments for successful delivery
• Initiate and supervise mechanical design planning
Requirements:
• Certificate in Millwright, Tool & Die Making, or equivalent
• 7+ years in custom automation industry
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Solid Works
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
