Manufacturing Safety Compliance Co-op

Build manufacturing safety experience with Eclipse Automation as an on-site Cambridge co-op focused on inspections, audits, and HSE compliance.

This Health, Safety and Environment Co-op supports the Health and Safety Manager and HSE Specialists. You will contribute to program execution, risk controls, training coordination, and compliance activities. The position serves Cambridge manufacturing facilities while supporting employees, supervisors, projects, and department management teams.

• Act as an HSE resource for employees and management teams
• Support Job Hazard Analysis and departmental risk assessments
• Verify compliance through inspections and audits
• Support internal and external safety training courses
• Procure PPE, safety supplies, and required services

• University or college studies in occupational health and safety
• One to two years in a manufacturing setting
• Familiarity with applicable jurisdictional safety standards
• Ergonomic, machine, and lifting equipment assessment knowledge preferred
• Willingness to travel between Cambridge locations

Develop practical manufacturing safety expertise through HSE audits, Job Hazard Analysis, training, and compliance support in Cambridge.
