Production Supervisor Safety Operations

Lead Cintas production operations on a full-time first shift, applying safety leadership and productivity oversight to daily plant performance.
As a Production Supervisor, you will lead and direct the Production team. This management position combines hands-on accountability for production flow, inventory control, quality, and bottom-line results. You will hire, train, and direct individuals performing entry-level production work while reinforcing company safety policies and OSHA compliance.

Lead and direct the Production team

Meet daily productivity and quality requirements
Maintain inventory control and daily production flow
Emphasize plant-wide safety and OSHA compliance
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
Active driver's license in good standing
Ability to set and prioritize goals
Ability to handle repeated bending, stretching, twisting, and lifting
Bring production leadership, safety accountability, and inventory control experience to Cintas as a first-shift Production Supervisor.
