Summary:

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing programs and initiatives across Fastfrate Group’s portfolio of transportation, logistics, warehousing, distribution, customs, and supply chain solutions.

Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm

Salary Range: $60,000 to $65,000

Key Accountabilities:

In this role, you will:

Marketing Program Coordination

Maintain marketing calendars, project trackers, campaign schedules, and other planning tools.

Work with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure marketing initiatives are completed accurately and on schedule.

Assist with the development and execution of customer acquisition, cross-selling, brand awareness, and customer/employee engagement programs.

Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials.

Support special marketing projects and corporate initiatives as required.

Digital Marketing Support

Assist with email marketing, digital campaigns, landing pages, online forms, and other digital marketing initiatives for both customer facing and driver recruiting efforts

Help ensure digital content is accurate, current, consistent, and aligned with Fastfrate Group brand standards.

Content, Brand & Communications

Assist with the development of customer-facing and internal marketing communications.

Coordinate the creation and maintenance of brochures, product sheets, presentations, advertisements, customer communications, trade show materials, and other marketing collateral.

Support the development of content for websites, email campaigns, social media, presentations, newsletters, and sales materials.

Proofread and review marketing materials for accuracy, consistency, grammar, and brand compliance.

Maintain organized libraries of marketing materials, photography, logos, templates, presentations, and other brand assets.
