Operating Room Nurse Memorial

Elevate patient care as an Operating Room Nurse at Cambridge Memorial Hospital. This role requires Operating Room experience and offers a supportive environment for growth and clinical excellence.

As part of the Perioperative Services team, you will play an essential role in delivering safe and effective care  will work on various shifts, including on-call, demonstrating your expertise and teamwork in a high-stakes setting. Your clinical leadership and problem-solving skills will be crucial in maintaining a safe operating environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care in the Operating Room

• Ensure patient safety and care standards

• Work alongside a collaborative interdisciplinary team

• Lead clinical reasoning and decision-making processes

• Administer IV medications per CMH protocols

Requirements:

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse in Ontario

• 2-3 years of recent Operating Room experience

• Completion of O.R. postgraduate certification

• Required laser certification

• Ability to interpret basic arrhythmias effectively
