In this vital role at Rx Connect, you will be responsible for educating and training patients at our clinics on their medication therapies. Engaging with patients and caregivers is key to your success, as you ensure effective coordination and administration of treatments alongside healthcare professionals. The position involves maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to enhance patient health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver patient education on medications in clinic settings
• Monitor and report on treatment activities as needed
• Conduct individual and group education for patients
• Assist with administrative tasks related to patient care
• Work collaboratively to meet appointment scheduling goals
Requirements:
• Valid provincial license as a Registered Practical Nurse
• Minimum of 3 years’ nursing experience required
• CPR certification necessary
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
• Excellent customer service skills
