Cogir Senior Living is looking for an empathetic Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to enhance their clinical team in Cambridge. Your focus will be on patient-oriented care, effective communication, and strong teamwork. You will need experience with seniors and unregulated providers to support your delivery of care plans and assessments in a multi-disciplinary setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement patient-centered nursing practices according to standards
• Evaluate and adapt care plans in collaboration with the team
• Conduct clinical assessments and ensure documentation accuracy
• Mentor unregulated care staff for effective service delivery
• Foster relationships through continuous communication with residents
Requirements:
• Registration as a Registered Practical Nurse in Ontario
• Strong clinical skills and experience in long-term care
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required
• Organizational skills with proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Must complete Vulnerable Sector Check within six months
