Part-Time Endoscopy Nurse at CMH

Cambridge Memorial Hospital is looking for a passionate Registered Practical Nurse for its Endoscopy unit on a part-time, contract basis. This position involves working 15 hours bi-weekly, providing critical support in patient assessments and endoscopic procedures. You'll utilize your strong medical background and assessment skills in a setting that prioritizes exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the endoscopy team during procedures

• Assess and monitor patient vital signs

• Maintain a safe and compliant endoscopy environment

• Record detailed patient care notes in Meditech and PICIS

• Manage on-call duties as required

Requirements:

• RPN Diploma from a recognized institution

• Valid BCLS and IV certifications mandatory

• Minimum of 1 year experience in endoscopy

• Knowledge of Meditech and PICIS is an asset

• Recent criminal record check required before employment
