Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient education on medications in clinic settings

• Monitor and report on treatment activities as needed

• Conduct individual and group education for patients

• Assist with administrative tasks related to patient care

• Work collaboratively to meet appointment scheduling goals

Requirements:

• Valid provincial license as a Registered Practical Nurse

• Minimum of 3 years’ nursing experience required

• CPR certification necessary

• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools

• Excellent customer service skills
