As an Infusion Nurse, you'll be central to delivering safe and effective infusion therapies in a supportive clinical environment. Under the direction of the Manager, Infusion Services & Clinical Practice, you'll ensure patient comfort, document thorough assessments, and work alongside a dedicated healthcare team.

Your role will also involve educating patients and maintaining high standards of care in accordance with best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer specialty medications and therapies safely

• Complete pre and post-treatment assessments for patients

• Maintain accurate patient documentation and records

• Provide education on medication usage and side effects

• Collaborate with a healthcare team to optimize patient care

Requirements:

• RPN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Minimum 2-3 years clinical experience; infusion therapy preferred

• Must hold current BLS certification

• Familiarity with EMR and adverse event protocols

• Valid driver's license and transportation
