Advance your nursing career at Cambridge Memorial Hospital, specializing in Women's and Children's Health. In this part-time role, you will assess and support pediatric patients with family-centered care.
As a Registered Nurse within the Women's and Children's Health team, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive care from infancy to adolescence. We're looking for someone with strong clinical decision-making skills and independence in pediatric situations. You'll be responsible for facilitating patient education and discharge planning, ensuring a safe environment for all patients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess pediatric patients from infancy to adolescence
• Provide tailored family-centered education and support
• Facilitate discharge planning and assess ongoing care needs
• Maintain a safe and clean patient environment
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal outcomes
Requirements:
• Current Ontario Nursing License in good standing
• 2 years of pediatric nursing experience required
• BCLS and Neonatal Resuscitation certification needed
• Strong communication skills essential
• Ability to adapt in critical situations
