RN - Psychiatric Care at CMH

Located in a vibrant healthcare environment, your role includes conducting psychiatric assessments and administering specialized treatments like Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT). Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to facilitate comprehensive patient care and education. Your skills will be essential in creating continuity throughout the treatment process and enhancing the recovery journey of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed psychiatric evaluations and treatment planning

• Monitor and administer medications, including LAI therapies

• Assist with ECT preparations and patient monitoring

• Manage CTO processes and patient education

• Participate in discharge planning and community reintegration

Requirements:

• Valid CNO Certificate of Registration

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing;
Master’s preferred

• CNA certification in Psychiatric Nursing mandatory

• 5–6 years of relevant nursing experience

• Strong crisis intervention and care planning abilities
