This role involves direct nursing care and patient assessments, ensuring resident care plans are accurate and effective. You’ll collaborate within an interdisciplinary team and assist in care conferences. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver planned, patient-oriented nursing care
• Complete clinical assessments and care documentation
• Implement and evaluate care/service plans
• Administer medications and treatments
• Facilitate resident education and family support
Requirements:
• Current registration as a Practical Nurse
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Experience in gerontology or long-term care preferred
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office
