Quality Control Manager

Lead the Quality Control laboratory at Bimeda in Cambridge, Ontario as a Quality Control Manager. Ensure the highest quality analytical support and compliance while driving process improvements.

As the Quality Control Manager, you will report directly to the Director of Quality Affairs. This full-time, day shift role requires overseeing lab operations, ensuring compliance with protocols, and coaching your team. You’ll also identify enhancements to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage testing of raw materials and finished goods

• Develop budgets while optimizing costs for quality

• Ensure vendor qualifications adhere to standards

• Train QC staff on safety and compliance protocols

• Lead investigations and resolve quality discrepancies

Requirements:

• 5 years in a regulated Pharmaceutical industry

• 3 years in a leadership role

• Bachelor’s degree in science or related field

• Knowledge of cGMP, Analytical Chemistry, and Quality Systems

• Strong communication and planning skills
