This role requires active participation in monitoring production quality and enforcing food safety regulations. As part of a dedicated team, you will assist with inspections, report non-compliances, and suggest improvements. Candidates must be detail-oriented and adept at problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enforce compliance with CFIA, HACCP, and BRC standards
• Review daily quality assurance and production paperwork
• Conduct inspections and verify sanitation efforts
• Prepare samples for laboratory analysis
• Report health and safety concerns to management
Requirements:
• Experience working in food safety roles preferred
• Knowledge of quality assurance principles
• Proficiency in data entry and MS Office
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure in a production environment
