Join CGT in Cambridge as a Quality Systems Coordinator, dedicated to ensuring the highest product quality through rigorous compliance and corrective action strategies. This full-time position focuses on quality improvement initiatives and customer satisfaction.
In this role, you will manage the Quality Management System while spearheading external audits and customer claim resolutions. Your extensive background in the automotive sector will be critical in conducting effective audits and facilitating timely corrective actions. Collaborate with various departments to achieve compliance and enhance overall quality performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain the Quality Management System and compliance
• Lead internal audits and implement corrective actions
• Manage and analyze customer quality claims
• Generate reports on quality performance and trends
• Oversee FMEA and APQP processes for quality planning
Requirements:
• 10+ years automotive experience is necessary
• Familiarity with ISO/IATF 16949 QMS preferred
• Advanced skills in analytical and office software
• Excellent communication and organizational capabilities
• Eligible for travel on short notice to support quality
