Arrow Machine and Fabrication Group is looking for a dedicated Quality Control Manager to oversee quality systems at its Cambridge facility. This pivotal role involves implementing strategies that meet safety and industry standards while fostering a culture focused on continuous improvement and quality practices across all departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement quality control systems
• Monitor and report on quality performance metrics
• Provide support for technical quality issues
• Lead quality audits and compliance programs
• Facilitate team problem-solving initiatives for quality issues
Requirements:
• Degree in quality management or engineering-related fields
• Minimum of 5 years in quality management roles
• Expertise in metallurgy and quality tools
• Experience with ISO 9001 and quality management systems
• Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
