In the role of Quality Manager, you will be essential in overseeing quality strategies during the bid and execution phases of nuclear projects. By collaborating with various stakeholders, you will ensure all quality specifications meet regulatory requirements. Establishing a quality governance framework will be among your primary duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop project-specific nuclear quality strategies

• Define quality governance and documentation strategies

• Lead quality assurance during construction and testing

• Identify and resolve nonconformances effectively

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual standards
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

• 10+ years in quality or engineering, with nuclear focus

• Strong grasp of nuclear quality regulations

• Proven success in managing large, complex projects

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
