Shape the future of nuclear quality at Aecon by directing the Nuclear Quality Program. Engage with regulatory bodies, oversee quality assurance, and lead a team of Project Quality Leads.

As the Director of Nuclear Quality, your expertise will drive quality assurance across all nuclear projects in Canada. This position demands functional leadership in upholding safety standards and regulatory compliance while managing quality strategies tailored to diverse project phases. You will engage collaboratively with various stakeholders, ensuring quality delivery aligned with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and govern the Nuclear Quality Program effectively

• Lead the development of quality frameworks and decision logic

• Guide quality leads across multiple project sites

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

• Support audits and inspections to uphold nuclear safety

Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years of experience in quality or engineering

• Demonstrated expertise in CSA N286 compliance

• Proven ability to manage quality across large projects

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant discipline

• Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation preferred
