In your role, you will be responsible for testing and verifying that automation systems meet customer specifications and industry standards. You will also assist in proposal creation, support development processes, and engage in risk analysis. This position demands strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to quality management, ensuring continuous improvement in our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and validate automation system models
• Define project quality parameters, including FMEA
• Support compliance with ISO and safety standards
• Collaborate with suppliers for quality audits and equipment buyoff
• Conduct thorough testing and analysis for performance validation
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a related field
• Background in machine design and statistical quality control
• Experience with measurement instruments and methodologies
• Knowledge of automation systems and software tools
• Familiarity with quality management systems and standards
