The Quality Control Supervisor for Bearing Bronze Ltd. will manage daily activities in the Quality Control department, focusing on receiving, in-process, and final inspections. You will also drive nonconformance management, ensuring aerospace products meet regulatory and customer requirements while complying with AS9100 and ISO 9001 standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise receiving, in-process, and final inspections
• Verify compliance with engineering drawings and specifications
• Lead and coach Quality Inspectors and Engineers
• Manage nonconforming product identification and disposition
• Monitor calibration schedules for inspection equipment
Requirements:
• Minimum five years of quality assurance experience
• Supervisory experience in quality functions
• Knowledge of AS9100 and ISO 9001 standards
• Aerospace manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong communication and analytical skills
