In this full-time permanent role at P&H Milling, you will oversee crucial compliance and quality assurance initiatives. Your expertise will help improve the Quality Management System and uphold regulatory standards, ensuring the highest product safety measures. Partner with operations and compliance teams to drive continuous improvements and build vital customer-supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead food safety and quality assurance initiatives across manufacturing sites

• Develop and improve the Quality Management System for compliance

• Oversee internal audits and corrective action programs

• Monitor quality, food safety, and compliance metrics, implementing improvements

• Serve as the subject matter expert on domestic and international regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or related field

• 5+ years of experience in food safety and quality assurance

• Knowledge of BRCGS standards, HACCP, and Project Management

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
