Reporting to the Quality Director, your role will involve developing quality strategies for nuclear and conventional projects while supervising a dedicated audit team. Your leadership will drive a culture of accountability and safety across project teams. Collaborating closely with procurement and project management, you will ensure that all quality assurance measures translate into superior project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish integrated quality strategies and goals

• Supervise Quality Assurance processes and audits

• Foster strong supplier relationships for quality improvement

• Monitor audit team performance and competencies

• Ensure complete and accurate audit documentation

Requirements:

• At least 8 years in a Quality Management role

• Familiarity with Nuclear supply standards

• Proficient in Quality Assurance processes

• Bachelor’s in Engineering or equivalent

• Relevant ASME NQA-1 certification preferred
