This opportunity involves supporting quality initiatives and fostering collaboration among manufacturing, engineering, and global operations teams. You will act as a change agent to enhance processes, back new product launches, and uphold Rockwell's Quality Management System (QMS).
Your role is pivotal in resolving quality issues promptly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to manufacturing-related customer quality issues
• Drive quality and scrap corrective actions for Medium Voltage products
• Support new product launches with cross-functional teams
• Enhance QMS through ISO 9001 audit participation
• Collaborate with Supplier Quality Engineers on corrective actions
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of 5 years in quality engineering experience
• Applied knowledge of Lean & Six Sigma methodologies
• Exceptional communication skills for executive summaries
• Six Sigma Green or Black Belt preferred
