You will be responsible for handling incoming orders, delivering products, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all customers. By identifying sales potentials and processing requests efficiently, you will play an important role in building trust and ensuring customer loyalty. Regular tasks include stock management and maintaining showroom standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service during all interactions
• Build partnerships to be the First Choice Supplier
• Analyze sales trends and contribute to growth initiatives
• Respond to inquiries via various channels efficiently
• Organize stock and maintain showroom cleanliness
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED is strongly preferred
• Experience of 0-2 years in a related field
• Must be able to lift and manage materials of moderate weight
• Strong interpersonal skills for customer engagement
• Knowledge of product features and related sales strategies
