Key Responsibilities:
• Answer customer questions and give recommendations
• Conduct sales transactions at the cash register
• Secure cash and protect inventory assets
• Stock shelves and recover merchandise as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and safety throughout the store
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Customer service experience in various environments is highly preferred
• Ability to follow operational guidelines and instructions
• Must be able to lift 30-50 lbs consistently
• Strong communication and decision-making skills are necessary
