Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers for alterations services
• Effectively manage customer interactions in various formats
• Promote alterations and personalization options during consultations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the alterations area
• Accurately handle transactions and inventory management tasks
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent education
• 1-2 years in a retail or specialty store
• Experience with computerized POS systems
• Some sewing experience preferred
• Excellent verbal communication skills
