Join McCarthy Uniforms as a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate in Cambridge, Ontario. This position offers a chance to provide excellent customer support and learn about school uniforms firsthand.

At McCarthy Uniforms, we are looking for friendly, energetic Seasonal Retail Sales Associates at our Cambridge store.

Your role will include addressing customer needs, explaining uniform requirements, and helping maintain an organized shopping environment. You’ll work collaboratively with a dedicated team in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service consistently

• Professionally handle inquiries and customer concerns

• Guide customers on uniform options and care instructions

• Restock and maintain organized merchandise displays

• Keep the store clean and presentable

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment

• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

• Commitment to working from July to September 6, 2026

• Retail experience preferred but not required
