Join The Children’s Place as a Sales Associate in Cambridge, Ontario. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service while assisting with merchandise presentation and store operations.
In this position, you will support the Store Leadership Team to meet company goals through effective communication and product knowledge. Your responsibilities will include greeting customers, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring a clean store environment. You will also utilize sound judgment while addressing customer concerns and provide accurate service at the cashwrap.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with urgency and attentiveness
• Communicate value and promotions of merchandise
• Provide effective solutions for out-of-stock items
• Maintain store presentation standards and cleanliness
• Follow loss prevention procedures to safeguard assets
Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail experience preferred
• At least 18 years of age
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely
