Position: Customer Service Associate I Store
Become a Customer Service Associate I at our Cambridge, Ontario location to support an exceptional shopping experience. Help customers, handle transactions, and keep the store inviting and well-stocked.

In this role, you will engage with customers directly, assisting them with their inquiries and ensuring satisfaction. Previous experience in retail, restaurants, or similar fields is highly preferred, along with strong organizational skills. Your contributions will directly impact store operations and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with inquiries and provide recommendations

• Manage transactions at the cash register efficiently

• Ensure the security of cash and protect company assets

• Maintain a well-stocked and organized store environment

• Keep all areas of the store clean and presentable

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred

• Prior experience in customer service roles is highly preferred

• Ability to lift 30-50 lbs and remain active during shifts

• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities

• Strong relationship management skills
