Join as a Team Leader to drive store success and enhance customer experiences. Oversee daily operations and lead your team while upholding merchandising standards.
In this role, you will assist the Store Manager with everyday responsibilities, lead team members, and ensure optimal customer service. Your leadership will contribute to staff training, as well as managing store cleanliness and safety protocols. Engage in merchandise management and resolve customer issues effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead store associates and supervise daily activities
• Take charge of stock management and visual merchandising
• Ensure top-level customer service at all times
• Perform manager-on-duty tasks, including attendance management
• Support inventory processes and employee training initiatives
Requirements:
• Minimum of one year in retail
• 1–2 years in a supervisory role preferred
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Flexibility with open availability
• Capability to juggle multiple tasks in a busy setting
