Your role will focus on guiding customers through their projects and enhancing their shopping experience.
As a Sales Associate, you will greet and engage customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities:
• Implement the GET Model for customer interactions
• Assist customers in locating merchandise throughout the store
• Recommend services such as Pro Desk and Tool Rentals
• Ensure proper display and cleanliness of stock
• Educate customers on project requirements and options
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in retail or trade
• Strong interpersonal skills essential for customer service
• Adherence to safety and loss prevention policies
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
