Description
As a highly skilled freelance sales associate providing make‑up application, skin care advice, hair or fragrance consultations, you will combine your creative and technical expertise and passion for people to provide a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in‑store experience that educates and delights our customers.

You will work as part of a high‑performing team to create impact with in‑store events and to ensure that the store always achieves our high standards of visual merchandising to stand out against competitors.

We welcome applicants with certification in makeup artistry and/or prior retail makeup experience, but also those with beginner‑level expertise. Expertise in fragrance, skin‑care, and hair consultation is highly valued; however, we are equally open to those looking to develop their skills in these areas.

Qualifications

Retail experience is preferred, but we welcome applicants with amateur level experience who can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.

All applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.

Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast‑paced work environment.

Previous experience with retail point‑of‑sale software.

Applicants must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend an interview.

Pay Range
The anticipated hourly range for this position is  $17.50 to $28.15 . Exact hourly rate depends on experience, skills, education, and budget. Hourly range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to hourly rate, this position may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location.

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for over‑achievement based on performance and company results.
