Step into a rewarding customer service role at The Children’s Place in Cambridge, Ontario. As a Sales Associate, you will ensure customer satisfaction while effectively managing store operations.
Your primary responsibilities will include supporting the Store Leadership Team in achieving company objectives through excellent customer engagement and product knowledge. You will greet and assist customers, maintain stock levels, and ensure adherence to company presentation standards. Additionally, you will address customer concerns promptly and handle transactions at the cashwrap efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage customers with a sense of urgency
• Communicate merchandise value and promotions
• Address out-of-stock solutions effectively
• Maintain a tidy and organized stockroom environment
• Comply with loss prevention practices diligently
Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Retail experience preferred
• Minimum age of 18 years
• Strong time management and adaptability skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required
