This role requires close collaboration with the Department Manager to achieve performance objectives and enhance the customer shopping experience. Your focus on team development through coaching, feedback, and recognition will inspire a culture of high performance and positivity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide warm and engaging service to all customers
• Assist in executing department strategies and achieving goals
• Lead team huddles for knowledge sharing and recognition
• Ensure food safety compliance across all operations
• Handle administrative functions like invoicing and payroll
Requirements:
• A year of supervisory experience in a bakery or food setting
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Openness to flexible shifts, including holidays
• Fluent in English;
French language skills are a plus
