Join Work Authority as a Shift Lead in Cambridge and lead a dedicated retail team. This role is essential for ensuring quality customer interactions and managing daily store operations.
In this position, you will take charge of retail procedures while guiding associates with coaching and support. Providing exceptional customer service is your priority, helping the team meet sales goals through effective engagement. Key Responsibilities:
• Inspire and coach retail associates throughout shifts
• Delegate responsibilities for smooth daily operations
• Resolve customer inquiries to enhance service delivery
• Train team members on product knowledge and sales techniques
• Ensure exceptional store presentation and organization
Requirements:
• At least 2 years in a customer service role
• Familiarity with POS systems and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Effective problem-solving abilities and decision-making
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and other operational tasks
