Seasonal Floral Merchandiser

Join the Fall Mum Program as a Seasonal Floral Merchandiser in Cambridge. Focus on creating vibrant displays and ensuring product quality in this independent contractor role.

This part-time position requires attention to detail and organization to maintain seasonal fall mum displays across retail locations in Cambridge. You will ensure displays are healthy, well-stocked, and properly priced, conducting three visits per week for up to eight weeks. Previous plant knowledge is beneficial but not necessary for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit assigned stores three times per week

• Organize and refresh fall mum displays

• Water and care for plants to ensure health

• Remove damaged products and maintain cleanliness

• Submit detailed reports after each visit

Requirements:

• Ability to work independently in a retail setting

• Strong attention to detail and organization

• Previous plant experience preferred, not required

• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license

• Ability to lift and move floral products
