Elevate customer experiences as an Eyecare Consultant at Specsavers in Cambridge, ON! This role combines exceptional customer service with eyewear expertise, helping customers select the right frames and lenses.
As part of the Specsavers team, this Retail Associate role requires evening and weekend availability. Your focus will be on creating “WOW” moments for customers while assisting them with frame selections and basic eye tests. You'll receive full training to keep customers informed and satisfied with their eyewear choices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create a welcoming experience for all customers
• Assess customer needs to recommend eyecare solutions
• Assist in frame selection that suits individual styles
• Clarify product details and services accurately
• Conduct pre-screening tests as trained
Requirements:
• Must be available for evening and weekend shifts
• Strong desire to deliver outstanding customer service
• Capable of thriving in a busy retail environment
• Friendly and confident with excellent product knowledge
• Legally permitted to work in Canada
