This Stockperson / Cart pusher role supports store operations through approved cart procedures and friendly customer interactions. You will collect carts, respond to register and Customer Service requests, and help maintain clean facilities. The position also requires accurate logs, equipment inspections, and adherence to Walmart safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:- Collect carts from corrals, parking areas, and store perimeter
- Return carts safely using Walmart approved procedures
- Assist customers with carry outs and carry ins
- Verify receipts for proof of purchase when required
- Complete required logs and equipment inspections accurately
- Be 16 or older
- Follow safety and emergency protocols consistently
- Use required steel toe footwear and reflective vest
- Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Lift supplies weighing up to 20 pounds, occasionally 50
