Deliver welcoming customer service as a Produce Clerk, keeping shelves stocked and products available throughout the store. Work requires constant mobility and flexibility across days, evenings, and weekends.
As a Store Team Member, you will support a positive in-store shopping experience through product knowledge and helpful conversations. You will maintain produce displays, respond to customer needs, and help ensure departments meet company standards. No previous experience is required, with training provided.
Key Responsibilities:- Stock store shelves and respond to customer needs
- Maintain product displays according to company standards
- Scan products accurately and identify inventory needs
- Assist with ordering and company-directed promotions
- Keep department areas neat and safe
- Customer-focused, courteous approach to resolving questions
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Motivation to learn new things
- Flexibility for days, evenings, and weekends
- Ability to move up to 50 pounds during shifts
