Description and Requirements
This posting is for our future hiring needs. We are hiring in Cambridge, ON or Calgary, AB. Full positions will be available. Fluency in English is a must and bilingual fluency with French or Spanish would be considered an asset.
To be successful as an inside sales representative you should be able to build instant rapport while actively listening in order to determine the customers needs. You will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, positioning a solution, and ensuring a smooth sales process. Our base salary plus commission incentive plan will motivate you to close quality sales while providing a high level of customer service.
Role Specific Responsibilities:
Be the one-stop-shop for residential and small commercial customers interested in joining the Superior family or increasing their footprint with us.Take inbound sales calls and web leads, qualify the prospect, and close the saleManage your funnel through active follow up.Contribute to customer retention though top-notch customer service and proactive outbound campaigns.Feed the commercial sales team funnel, by qualifying large opportunities and getting them to the field for follow up by the right expert.Work with other teams throughout the business to ensure our customers get a great onboarding experience.Work independently yet collaboratively with other team members.Your Specialized

Three years of experience working with customers (bonus points for sales!)Minimum High school diploma or equivalentExcellent communication skills - written and verbalCustomer focused relationship builderSolid computer skills (MS Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, etc) and quick to learn new applicationsPrevious experience with or other CRM systems is a bonusBilingual in French and/or Spanish?
