Drive sales operations at Greentec through contract reviews, accurate pricing quotes, and coordinated support for key accounts. This role is based within the Sales team.
The Sales Coordinator supports operational efficiency across Greentec’s sales activities. You will coordinate RFP and RFQ responses, maintain proposal content, support account needs, and organize client meetings and industry conferences. The position also involves CRM data, reporting, and commercial administration.
Key Responsibilities:- Review standard agreements for non-standard terms and legal risks
- Coordinate RFP and RFQ responses across internal teams
- Build accurate quotes aligned with margin guidelines
- Maintain CRM data and resolve order inquiries
- Coordinate client pitches, reviews, and conference logistics
- One to two years of relevant experience
- Exposure to sales operations or contract coordination
- Experience with Salesforce, Hub Spot, or CPQ software
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills
- Flexible availability for evening and weekend events
