AFIMAC is hiring for a Static Security Guard role on a six-week contract, offering the potential for extension. Ideal candidates will have access control experience and a valid security guard license in Ontario. Flexibility to cover shifts and travel to the site is essential, ensuring effective risk management and client protection.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor access points and check identities diligently
• Conduct thorough perimeter inspections on-site
• Write reports detailing security-related incidents
• Provide customer assistance while enforcing security protocols
• Be present on-site in Cambridge for all shifts
Requirements:
• Valid security guard license in Ontario
• Previous access control experience is beneficial
• Capacity to work independently in challenging situations
• Strong writing skills and English proficiency
• Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends
