AFIMAC offers a Static Security Guard role with a flexible contract lasting six weeks, potentially extendable. Candidates should bring strong customer service skills and a valid Ontario security guard license. The job demands the ability to handle confrontational situations and a strong work ethic, ensuring safety and security at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer access control effectively during each shift
• Carry out perimeter checks thoroughly and consistently
• Document incidents and activities through report writing
• Assist clients while maintaining secure environments
• Travel to and work on-site for all assigned shifts
Requirements:
• Must possess a valid security guard license in Ontario
• Preferred experience in access control environments
• Ability to de-escalate potentially confrontational situations
• Strong English reading, writing, and speaking skills
• Flexibility to cover shifts across the week
